Jackson Windows install mock sliding sash windows to preserve ‘timber’ look

We are proud to introduce our third 2023 GGP Installer Awards finalist for the ‘Best Installation Residential – up to £20,000’ category!’ A renovated farmhouse located on the edge of the spectacular Lincolnshire Wolds. Our customer wished to upgrade the double glazing throughout the entire property whilst preserving the traditional timber look and feel.

Our team installed mock sliding sash windows in Rosewood on White, some of which included a tilt-and-turn configuration for improved fire safety and ease of maintenance. All windows were manufactured in our Lincoln factory in the heart of Lincolnshire by our team of skilled fabricators. Using a high-performance uPVC profile for exceptional thermal efficiency.

The windows were paired with a stylish Chartwell Green on White composite door to complete the perfect country-style look.

Keeping the character of the property was the biggest priority for our customers. Opting for the Rosewood and Chartwell Green shades helped to create a chic country cottage look. While Rosewood as a finish is generally used less than a decade ago, this project proves that it is the perfect choice for many traditional properties such as this beautiful farmhouse.
