Megan Jackson2024-04-18I recently had a new front and rear door fitted by Jackson windows and I cannot fault anything. The service from quote to measuring to fitting was so professional. Mike who fitted the doors took so much care into the work down to the clean up after. The after care is also brilliant. Had small issue with letterbox, after contacting them and they had someone out the next day to sort it. Would recommend to anyone looking for replacing their doors/windows.

No hard sale on the quote ( If you sign now you can have it for this price …like other window suppliers). Just a straight forward quote..NO PRESSURE! Installation went superb,(The 2 fitter were very polite and cleaned up ,no mess). I would recommend Jackson’s Windows to all my friends and family. (Project 2,Sunroom 2024) I took a different approach on this project. “No other window manufacturers we’re contacted ,only Jackson’s “ I contacted Louis who quoted my other project. We arranged a date and time, he came measured up and went through some options.At no point was any talk of signing up now will get you a deal . He went away and emailed a NO OBLIGATION quote. I went with this paid the deposit. Barbara contacted me to arrange the surveyor to visit. I was then given a date for installation. The fitters were fab again !
