Yes. We install lanterns that achieve extremely low U-values. Our Ultra performance glazing achieves a U-value as low as 1.0 W/m²k. It offers 91% solar heat reflection and 8% light transmission. We offer other performance glazing options of ambience glass, including Blue, Aqua, Sunshade Blue, Bronze and Neutral. All options are excellent at reducing heat transfer - you're stay warm in winter and cool in summer. You won't have to rely on your central heating or air conditioner as much, meaning you'll save money on your energy bills.
They are engineered to last for several decades with proper care. They feature self-clean glass that requires much less maintenance than standard glass. The powder coated exterior is highly durable and ensures less maintenance hassle. Glazing is coated to ensure longevity as it breaks down dirt with the sun's rays - when it rains the traces of dirt are washed away. Very much so. Their high quality aluminium build ensures easy maintenance - aluminium won't bend, rot, warp or fade. It maintains its integrity for decades, without effort. The use of powder coatings on the frame and glazing ensure the surfaces remain much cleaner - they won't require much cleaning or wiping. The self-cleaning glass makes your life much easier - you won't have to clean or worry so much. The glass surfaces will need a wipe down once in a while, done so in line with the glass manufacturer's instructions. All in all, you get to enjoy a stunning roof lantern without hardly any maintenance work.
